Malware removal service
Clean your WordPress installation of malware! £55 (one off fee)*A compromised website can be disastrous in more ways than you think. The short term consequences include loss of business and traffic when your website is offline, but there are also long term consequences. The longer your website is infected with malware, the potential for spreading malware to your vistors greatly increases. In addition, search engines may black list your site. Even after your site is back online and clean it can take months to regain your previous rankings
*Malware removal is a stand alone service and can be purchased by anyone. This service is not included in any of our maintenance price plans and is an additional one off fee of £55 should you need it.

No minimum contract. Your month or year will start on the day you are invoiced. You will then be invoiced on the same day every month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time. There are no prorated refunds. Maintenance & support will be provided until the end of your payment plan** should you cancel. Please see the terms and conditions for more details.
If included in your price plan, you get one hour of free tech support per month should you need it. Tech support is not stackable and unused hours do not carry over to the following months.
** Example: If you are on a monthly plan and pay your bill on the 11th, even if you cancel the following day, maintenance will be provided until the 10th of the following month.
