I'm available for hire

I offer two ways in which I can work. The first is through a select list of fixed price jobs shown in the table below. These are single set priced jobs based on an the average length of time it has taken to complete them in the past. Unless there are huge complications that are beyond my control the price will always remain that amount. There is a deposit as mentioned below when using this method.

The second is the standard hourly charge. My current rate is £12.50(about $20). The minimum payment is 1 hour. I can quote length of time based on the description of a job, but I cannot guarantee that it will take the quoted length of time due to the (sometimes) tricky nature of coding.

One thing to note is that I do not do design work. If you require me to build something & you have PSDs, JPEGs, PDFs, for me to work from that is fine, but I'm unable to create designs. I do have access to someone who can help with some design problems in small cases, but she is extremely busy (she runs her own business) & I cannot guarantee she will be able to help.

Payment options available are PayPal & Google Checkout, the price of all packages are the same regardless of payment method. They both offer quick, easy & most importantly safe payment via Credit/Debit card. For piece of mind we are a verified merchant with both PayPal & Google Checkout. Payment is requested via your chosen method via email invoice once the work is complete, however a deposit may apply (see below). We also offer Direct Bank Transfers in some cases, but details of this have to be discussed on a client, by client basis before being used.

Deposits

Due to non payment from some recent clients I am now charging a deposit to be paid up front before work starts. The deposit is £8 or 25% whichever is the greatest and is only charged on packages as shown in the table above. The deposit amount will be discounted from the final total. Deposits are non-refundable unless the work/job can't be completed. This does not include client indecision, if the work outlined is completed then the deposit will be kept & payment will be due.

There is no deposit on work that is charged hourly. That is due to the inability to tell the final cost.

The Small Print \ Interest Charges

All invoices are sent via Paypal (Google Checkout is available) and are set on a NET 10 (10 day) system. If payment is not received before one minute past midnight (00:01) of the 11th day then interest will be charged at a rate of 3% per day on the total of the previous day. For example a job totalling £30 will gain interest like this:

• Day 1: £30 + 3% = £30.90 (30 * 0.03 = 0.90)
• Day 2: £30.90 + 3% = £31.83 (30.90 * 0.03 = 0.93)
• Day 3: £31.83 + 3% = £32.78 (31.83 * 0.03 = 0.95)

If payment is not received after 30 days interest will continue to be charged but further action will also be sought to obtain payment.
